Easy step-by-step directions to help you shop at St. Nick Studios

Step 1:
Click on the product you wish to view.
Step 2:
If this is an item you wish to purchase, select any options that you may want, select the quantity, and then click on "Add To Cart" to add it into your shopping cart.
Step 3:
If you want to do more shopping use the navigation to go to the products you want and continue with the same process.
Step 4:
Once you have finished shopping, Click on the "Checkout" button.
Step 5:
Enter your billing and shipping information on the Checkout Form.
Step 6:
Review order, click on the "Go to Payment" button, select payment type and submit.

Remember, we now include FREE shipping anywhere in North America through our standard delivery. Overnight or 2-day delivery is available for an additional fee.


Are the items on this site copyright?

Yes, all of our products, patterns and concepts are protected by copyright. Unless you get our express, written authorization to use or duplicate them in any manner, you cannot do so. Where we place patterns on the site we will outline specifically what the rules of use are for those specific items. We adhere to the copyright of other artists and fully expect that you will do the same.

How do I process an order?

You simply fill the shopping cart with the items you desire and then process the order by clicking on the "check out" button and going through our payment system. Once this is completed, the order is delivered to our studio and the items are allocated to your order.

What types of payment are accepted?

St. Nick Studios currently accepts online VISA payments and money orders or cheques. We DO NOT recommend the delivery of cash in any circumstance. Money orders and cheques are subject to a hold period pending clearance. All prices are in $US.

When will my order be delivered?

Once your order is processed and payment is received your order will normally be delivered within 4 business days if the item is prepared. If the items you have ordered are not made at the time of the sale we will email you with an approximate delivery date. This is particularly important for custom orders.

When do custom orders get filled?

Custom orders are only commenced once payment is actually received. You will be emailed with an estimated production schedule which you can then use to estimate the shipping date. In particular with our special Santas these items can take some time to produce as the work is meticulous and exacting. The rewards at the end are worth it though.

Who pays for shipping?

HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS...we do, for any orders from North America. We ship all of our products by first class ground post except for our Santas which we deliver by 5 day courier (they are precious!) We find that this is the best way to proceed and

You can upgrade shipping at any time by paying the actual cost of the type of shipping you want the item sent by. If you want an upgrade of shipping simply email me and I can get you the estimated cost.

Can I decide what type of shipping to use?

Our standard shipping policy is to use air post. Again, you can choose to upgrade but then YOU are responsible for those costs.

What about customs duties?

We do not represent that any of our items will not be subject to customs duties for international shipping. We do not anticipate that customs duties will be attracted however, any duty actually charged is the responsibility of the Buyer.

In the event that St. Nick Studios receives any invoice relating to duties for any item delivered by St. Nick Studios, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and reimburse St. Nick Studios for any costs associated with that invoice and agrees to promptly pay same.

What about insurance?

It is not our standard policy to insure any deliveries other than our Santas unless requested to do so by the Buyer. The risk of damage in delivery will lie with the Buyer and the Buyer will be obligated to prove that any damage to any item has not been caused by the shipping company in order to receive a store credit.

Insurance is recommended on any of our fragile items to ensure that this special gift reaches you in the manner intended. Our shipping credits can be applied against insurance at the request of the Buyer.

What if the item I ordered is not what I anticipated?

At St. Nick Studios we have a satisfaction policy that allows you the Buyer to return any item that does not meet your satisfaction. If this situation occurs we reuqire that the Buyer return the item to us and a store credit will be granted in the full amount of the purchase price. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our store. If the item has been damaged it is the responsibility of the Buyer to notify us prior to delivery. Only damage that is not caused by the Buyer can be reimbursed in any fashion. Items cannot be returned after a reasonable period for inspection has elapsed. St. Nick Studios must be notified that the item is to be returned within 24 hours of the receipt of the good by the Buyer. If St. Nick Studios is not notified in that period then the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered and no refund will be allowed.

What if the item is damaged by the courier?

We make every effort to ensure that the shipping containers are clearly marked as fragile and that the packing material used protects the contents. We still encourgage Buyers to request an insurance policy when goods are ordered in order to protect against this very situation. If your item is damaged we also encourage you to contact us so that we can question the company in question and determine whether they will receive future recommendations from our company.

What are "store credits" and when do they expire?

If your has to be returned, St. Nick Studios employs an in-store credit policy where you will receive a full credit of the purchase price towards any other item in our system. These credits are good for a period of one month from the date that the item to be returned is received at our address. Buyers are responsible for the costs of and redelivery of any items for return.

When is final payment due on customized work?

Payment in full is due within 30 days of notification by us that the item is completed. Failure to render the full balance of payment within 30 days of notification of completion of the item shall result in a full forfeiture of all previous deposits and termination of our agreement to provide the item. Ownership of the item shall remain with St. Nick Studios throughout the course of the relationship until full and final payment is received and cleared. You agree to maintain a valid email address throughout the period of contract and any notice shall be considered delivered upon confirmation that the email has been sent by St. Nick Studios. Responsibility to update your contact information remains with you.

What about patterns of customized work?

All patterns developed through our work remain the sole property of St. Nick Studios and are subject to the same restrictions as our other items. You cannot reproduce them unless you have our express written approval to do so. St. Nick Studios has the right to reuse any patterns developed by it to produce any item for sale to other parties.


Privacy Policy

We will not provide your information for any other unrelated third party. When you sign on to St. Nick Studios, information about you is automatically provided to us. The information is used for internal purposes only and in a form that cannot identify personally. Personal information about you is only known to St. Nick Studios when you submit that information to us voluntarily. St. Nick Studios uses personal information to advise you of information that we feel may be of interest to you. St. Nick Studios uses the shipping and payment addresses of our customers to send them any information that we understand will be of interest to them. If at any point you no longer wish to receive communications from St. Nick Studios please forward such request to us at: info@stnickstudios.com. We do not give out your information to any third parties without your express written consent.

Linked Sites Policy

St. Nick Studios includes links to other Internet sites maintained by third parties for your convenience ("Linked Sites"). Neither St. Nick Studios or its owners operate or control, in any respect, any information, products or services on Linked Sites that are not owned or controlled by St. Nick Studios or its owners. You access them at your own risk and by accessing them you leave the St. Nick Studios site.
